介绍了运用参数化三维软件UG对圆柱直齿轮进行三维建模。通过模型模块中的规律曲线建立齿形轮廓,通过与齿根圆柱布尔运算、拉伸、引入特征阵列等命令建立圆柱直齿轮三维模型。达到了改变基本参数立即得到相应的圆柱直齿轮三维模型的参数化驱动化设计,同时对齿数以41为界的不同齿廓的齿轮均给出了建模方法。
A parameterized design method based on 3 D software UG was introduced to conduct 3 D modeling to column gear with straight tooth. Contour of gear tooth was set up through regulation curve in model module, then 3D model of column gear with straight tooth was established using UG commands such as Boolean calculation, Pad, Feature ISET Arrays and so forth. Through transforming the basic parameters, a parameter-driving design of 3D model corresponding to the column gear with straight tooth is obtained immediately. Meanwhile the method is a reference for parameterized modeling to the gears having different complex tooth profile.
