针对以秸秆为碳源的微生物固态基质发酵对上游设备的要求,根据反刍动物瘤胃结构仿生设计了蠕动式发酵罐。通过过滤膜与罐的一体耦合实现了液态培养基的连续补料和发酵代谢产物的连续分离。利用蠕动技术达到了微生物与底物充分混合并减少了能耗,同时减少了膜分离过程中的浓差极化现象的产生。
In order to solve the problem of stalk fermentation, a kind of peristaltic fermentator was designed by coupling bionics method according to the structure and function of rumen. The dynamic equilibrium of culture medium and production could be reached though coupling of fermentation and separation. The microorganism and substrate could be mixed and the energy consumption reduced by using bionic peristaltic method, and the concentration polarization could be lowered during the membrane separation.
