利用试验优化技术设计试验方案,采用激光图形雕刻加工的手段实现齿轮表面仿生非光滑形态,研究非光滑与光滑两种形态齿轮的耐磨损性能.试验结果表明,具有非光滑形态的齿轮,试验后其齿形误差大部分降低;而未处理过的光滑形态齿轮,其误差值明显增大,甚至出现了负值,说明光滑形态的齿轮在磨损试验过程中磨损量较大,非光滑形态齿轮较光滑齿轮的耐磨性提高了近20%.
Using optimum design for experiment scheme,laser graphic texturing was adopted to form bionic nonsmooth microstructure on the gear surface to study anti-wear capability of the gears. The dentiform error of laser texturing gear after the experiments were decreased mostly, but the two same type errors of the smooth couple gears increased and appeared negative value, which proved that the smooth couple gears worn away more seriously. The couple gears with laser texturing bionic non-smooth surface were worn relatively, and the anti-wear capability was increased by 20%.
