【目的】研究白背清风藤Sabia discolor Dunn的化学成分。【方法】采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20、制备液相等多种色谱技术进行化合物的分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。【结果】分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定它们为白桦脂醇(1),齐墩果酸(2),imberic acid (3),槲皮素(4),芦丁(5),5-氧阿朴菲碱(6),β-谷甾醇(7),β-胡萝卜苷(8)。【结论】所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
[Objective]The chemical constituents of Sabia discolor Dunn were investigated.[Methods]Column chromatography,such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC were used to isolate and purify the compounds.Spectroscopic methods like MS,1 H NMR and 13 C NMR and physical constants were used to elucidate their structures.[Results]Eight com-pounds were isolated from 95%ethanol extracts ofSabiadiscolorDunn ,including betulin (1), oleanolic acid (2),imberic acid (3),quercetin (4),rutin (5),fuseine (6),β-sitosterol (7),β-daucosterol (8).[Conclusion]All of the compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time.
