公路建设对沿线的生态环境有着复杂影响,绿色选线作为一种生态公路建设形式,是与当前应对环境问题的可持续发展理念一脉相承的。在原有公路选线的基础上,结合环境影响因素,构建了公路绿色选线评价指标体系;通过层次分析法(AHP)将定性、定量分析相结合,合理确定各指标权重。运用多层次灰色关联分析模型分层次计算出各评价方案与理想方案的关联度并排序,进而确定最优方案,并通过引入实例进一步验证了该评价方法的科学性和实用性,为公路绿色选线决策提供参考依据。
The highway traffic construction has a complex impact on the ecological environment along highway line. The green highway alignment selection as a form of ecological highway construction, is the same strain with the current concept of sustainable development to solve the environment problem. Based on the original highway alignment selection, combined with environmental impact factors, the evaluation index system of green highway alignment selection was constructed. Through AHP combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, the weight of indexes was reasonably determined. The correlation degree was calculated and sequenced between each evaluation scheme and ideal scheme by using multilevel gray relational analysis model, and then determined the optimal solution. And the scientifieity and practicability of the evaluation method was further verified by introducing examples, providing a reference basis for the decision of green highway alignment selection.
