针对地方高等医学院校师资队伍专业发展的关键问题,总结了以培养应用型人才为本的承担教学、科研和社会服务的中青年教师的发展目标,分析了制约中青年教师教学能力提升的各种原因,针对中青年教师现状,结合地方医学院校特点,初步形成了教师专业发展的"一三"模式:一个核心即以教学能力持续提升为核心,三个统一即思想观念、管理体制和教师个人三个层面的协调统一,以期为地方医学院校中青年教师教学能力的持续提高提供借鉴。
Aimed at key issues in the professional development of teachers in local medical colleges, this paper summarizes the objectives of the young and middle-aged teachers who undertake teaching, research and social services, and analyzes the reason of restricting the promotion of their teaching ability. Combined with the characteristics of local medical colleges, it presents the initial formation of the professional development of teachers "one-three" mode , with one core of elevating teaching ability, and three unifications in three aspects of ideas, management system and individual teachers in order to provide references for the improvement of teaching ability in local medical college.
