地方医学院校青年教师的教学能力和水平,是影响高等医学教育质量的关键因素之一。当前,地方医学院校青年教师的教学能力和水平还不能适应我国高等医学教育发展的需要。文章结合本校青年教师参加教学竞赛的经历和体会,从青年教师的教学能力现状,提高青年教师教学能力的途径和以"竞赛促教学"提升青年教师课堂组织能力、驾驭能力,丰富教学方式,提高教学效果等方面展开论述,对构建学科、院系、学校"三级"教学竞赛模式进行了初步探索和有效尝试。
At present,teaching ability and level of young teachers in local medical colleges still fail to meet the requirements of higher medical education in China.Combined with experience and understanding of young teachers in our school participating in the teaching competition,the article discusses the present situation of teaching ability of the young teachers,the ways to improve teaching ability of the young teachers and"competition to promote the teaching"lifting the organizational capability and control ability of young teachers in the classroom,diversifying teaching methods and improving teaching effect.Through active exploration and practice,a three-level teaching competition mode and operation mechanism of disciplines,departments and universities has gradually formed.
