硝基苯废水是一种典型的高盐、高毒、难生物降解有机废水,处理难度大。为了解决硝基苯废水目前通用的铁碳微电解工艺中存在的问题,设计研发了纳米铁/凹土/PVA功能复合材料,对硝基苯废水的处理效果进行实验验证,同时与铁碳微电解工艺进行了实验效果的比较。实验结果表明:复合材料处理效果优于铁碳微电解,硝基苯的去除率高达99%以上,出水满足国家标准要求,更好地协同了凹土的吸附性和纳米铁的还原性,为硝基苯的废水处理提供了一种新材料和新方法。
Nitrobenzene wastewater is a typical organic wastewater with high salt, high toxicity and ditiicult blo- degradation, so it is hard to treat. To solve the existing problems of the common ferric - carbon micro - electrol- ysis process in handling nitrobenzene waster water, palygorskite/PVA/nano - iron composite was designed ; the treatment effect of nitrobenzene wastewater was verified by experiments, and the comparison of the experimental effect between palygorskite/PVA/nano - - iron composite and the ferric - carbon micro - electrolysis process was made. The result shows that the effect of the composite is superior to that of the ferric - carbon micro - elec- trolysis process, the removal rate of nitrobenzene for it is over 99%, and the effluent meets the requirements of our national standard. The adsorbability of palygorskite and reducibility of nano - iron are better cooperated and a new method is provided to deal with nitrobenzene wastewater.
