目的通过检测骨桥蛋白（osteopontin，OPN）在稽留流产患者及正常早孕者绒毛及蜕膜组织中的表达情况来探讨其在稽留流产中的可能作用。方法采用免疫组化染色法（sP法）来检测正常早孕者及稽留流产患者的绒毛及蜕膜中OPN的表达。结果OPN在正常组和病例组中均有表达，其主要定位于细胞滋养层细胞、合体滋养层细胞及蜕膜细胞的胞膜和胞浆中。在正常早孕组中的表达强度高于病例组，P〈0．01。结论OPN对妊娠维持起一定的作用，绒毛及蜕膜组中OPN的低表达可能是导致稽留流产的原因之一。

Objective To detect the osteopontin ( OPN) in patients with missed abortion and normal early pregnancy villi and decidua tissue to explore its possible role in the missed abortion.Methods Using the immunohistochemical staining ( SP method ) to detect patients with normal pregnancy and missed abortion is the expression of OPN in villi and decidua.Resuits 0PN is expressed in all tissues, and mainly located in membrane and the cytoplasm of the trophoblast cells.The expression in the normal pregnancy group is higher than missed abortion group, P<0.01.Conclusion OPN maintain a certain role in pregnancy, lower expression of OPN in villi and decidua may be one of the causes of missed abortion.
