目的探讨不同分子亚型副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vp)的生长动力学特征,为建立海产品中Vp预测模型提供数据。方法应用PCR和RAPD方法对5株不同来源的Vp分离株进行了分子鉴别,并对不同菌株在适宜温度(37℃)和低温(15℃)下生长变化进行了测定,采用修正的Gompertz方程拟合细菌的生长曲线,求出不同菌株的生长动力学参数并建立预测模型。结果4株食物中毒样品来源的Vp菌株基因型均为tl+tdh+trh-toxR+,1株海产品分离株为tl+tdh-trh-toxR+,筛选的随机引物P21可以将5株不同来源的Vp菌株分成5个不同的分子亚型,不同菌株37℃的世代时间在0.210~0.238h之间,延滞时间在1.705~1.849h之间,生长曲线没有显著差异(R2>0.995),应用预测模型求得各菌株的预测值与实测值均方根偏差在0.110~0.452之间;而在15℃条件下测得不同Vp菌株世代时间在0.727~1.062h之间,延滞时间在10467~12552h之间,生长曲线具有较大的变异性(R2>0.938),其中菌株VP06003和VP06127的预测值与实测值之间均方根偏差分别为...
