文章从江苏省公立医院绩效工资改革的实施状况出发,具体分析了省内各大公立医院推行绩效工资改革时遇到的诸如大小医院员工绩效工资分配过于均等、经济效益与社会效益难以平衡、缺乏绩效工资管理等问题,并基于以上问题相应提出对策建议,以期为江苏省公立医院绩效工资改革提供政策参考。
This paper analyzes the public hospitals meeting problems such as hospital staff performance salary allocation too equal, difficulty to balance economic and social benefits, and lack of performance salary management when implementing performance pay reform from the perspective of the implementation conditions of public hospital performance related pay reform in Jiangsu Province. Then the paper makes suggestions accordingly based on the above issues in order to provide policy reference for public hospital performance related pay reform in Jiangsu Province.
