医院作为现代社会的重要单元,理应承担其应承担的社会责任,但是现行医疗体系复杂,医院承担的社会责任复杂多样,评价不同医院社会责任的标准也应该有所差别。本文以公平理论为基础,利用愿意-能够-应该三角模型分析医院的社会活动,区分出是否为医院的社会责任,并将医院的社会责任分类。并根据公平原则,分别从政府、医院以及社会的角度提出规制公立医院和民营医院社会责任的建议。
英文摘要：
As important modern social units,hospitals should bear their social responsibility,but the current health care system is complex,and hospital social responsibility is complicated, so evaluation standards for different hospital social responsibility should also be different. Based on the equity theory,the paper used would- could- should triangle model to analyze social activities of hospitals and distinguish and classify their social responsibility,and put forward suggestions for the stipulation of social responsibility of public and private hospitals from the aspects of government,hospital and society.
