整合卫生资源组建医院集团是新形势下深化公立医院改革,促进卫生事业健康发展的有效途径。分析当前我国的医院集团化发展现状以及存在的问题,借鉴国外医院集团化发展的先进经验,结合我国当前实际情况,提出促进公立医院集团健康发展的对策建议,以期为我国医院集团化改革提供参考借鉴。

To integrate health care sources for hospital collectivization is an effective way to deepen public hospital reform and to promote the development of public health care.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of this process,and tries to use advanced experience of foreign hospitals as collectivization of public hospitals in China in order to offer references to the development of health care system.
