世界各国的卫生系统已普遍建立公立医院绩效评价体系,设置自己的评价指标,开展公立医院绩效评价工作,但各国公立医院绩效评价体系因国情和制度的差异而各不相同。以我国新医改为契机,借鉴发达国家公立医院绩效评价体系经验,探索我国公立医院绩效评价体系新思路,提出重视患者评价维度、引进外部机制、丰富评价体系及注重评价结果合理应用等对策。
Performance evaluation system of public hospitals has been generally established all over the world,which goes along with the set up of evaluation index and the implement of performance evaluation work in public hospitals.However,performance evaluation system of public hospitals is not the same from country to country due to differences in national conditions and systems.On the occasion of new medical revolution of China,taking the experience of developed countries into consideration,this paper explores new ideas on performance evaluation system of public hospitals and proposes countermeasures such as the attention to evaluation dimension of patients,the introduction of external mechanisms,the diversification of evaluation systems and the rational application of evaluation results.
