对医院集团化模式的治理结构与运作方式进行分析研究,并以镇江医院集团为案例展开深入分析与评价,以期为我国医院集团的持续健康发展及推进公立医院改革提供思路与建议.分析结果表明,公立医院集团化模式已取得良好成效,但治理结构与机制尚待完善,建议在实践中不断完善该模式并在新医改中逐步推广.
英文摘要：
This paper analyzed the management and operation of collectivization of public hospital by taking Zhen- jiang Hospital Group as case to take deep research and evaluation in order to provide ideas and suggestions for con- tinuing and healthy development of medical collectivization and for the promotion of public hospital reform. The re- sults showed that collectivization has achieved good effects but the management and mechanism still need to be com- pleted. So it is suggested perfecting this mode in practice and promote it in the process of medical reform.
