公立医院改革被看作新医改缓解“看病难,看病贵”最关键节点,关系到新医改的全局。新医改方案明确提出建立和完善医院法人治理结构,全国各地尝试了不同的公立医院法人治理结构的模式。论文对理事会型治理结构展开分析与评价;并与其他法人治理结构进行比较分析,以期得出有助于推进我国公立医院法人治理结构改革的结论及建议。分析结果表明,理事会型模式治理结构较完善且改革难度较小,在现阶段具备推广的可能性,建议在新医改中逐步推广。
Reform on state-owned hospitals is regarded as the key to solve the problem of "Difficult and Expensive Medical Treatment" for the new medical reform,which has influence on the success of medical reform. Developing and improving the cor- porate governance structure in state-owned hospitals has been explicitly put forward by the new medical reform, which has been explored all around China. The council governance mode was analyzed, evaluated and compared with other corporate governance structures.
