With the progress of China＇s healthcare reform,public welfare has become the important orientation for the reform on public hospitals. Based on introducing the background and contents of public welfare reports in hospitals of Maryland in USA, the conclusion of practice in hospitals of Maryland for ten years was analyzed. Data-oriented enlightenment was obtained from them.
