法人治理结构变革一直是我国医疗卫生体制改革的核心关键问题，如何在保障公立医院公益性的前提下选择适宜的法人治理结构模式逐渐成为公立医院发展的难点和热点。本文试图从基本概念开始入手，通过文献回顾，对公立医院法人治理结构和综合绩效相关概念、内容以及公立医院法人治理结构对综合绩效的影响进行梳理，对国内外的研究进展进行了系统的综述，探讨提高当前公立医院法人治理结构影响综合绩效的过程中所面临的困难和不足，并进行总结和展望。

英文摘要：

Corporate governance structure change has been the core of the health system reform in China,how to select the appropriate mode of corporate governance structure in the public good and to protect public hospitals under the premise has be- coming difficuh and hot problem in public hospital. This paper attempts to start from the basic concepts through literature review, concepts related to the corporate governance structure and performance of public hospitals, the content as well as the corporate governance structure of public hospitals to sort out the impact of comprehensive performance, conducted a systematic review of the research progress at home and abroad ,finding the ways of improving facing difficulties and deficiencies in the current corporate governance structure of public hospitals, affecting the comprehensive performance, based on which ways were put forward and prospected.
