轴流转桨式水轮机性能预测及运行综合特性曲线绘制

本文对轴流转桨式水轮机进行了全流道三维定常湍流计算,完成了200多个工况点的计算,预测了水轮机的能量性能和空化性能,在此基础上通过包络线法绘制了机组在各个水头下的运行特性曲线,并进一步通过绘制一系列的等效率曲线、等空化系数曲线等得到了水轮机的运行综合特性曲线。计算模型建立在雷诺时均连续性方程和Navier-Stokes方程的基础上,选用标准k-ε双方程湍流模型使方程组封闭,数值求解通过SIMPLEC算法实现速度、压力的分离求解。

英文摘要:

Based on three-dimensional steady turbulent flow through the whole flow passage of the Kaplan turbine, calculation of more than 200 operating points are finished. After predicting the energy characteristic and the cavitation characteristic of turbine, the operating performance curves under several water-heads are drawn by the envelope curve method, and the operating comprehensive performance curve is finished by drawing a series of equivalent efficiency curves and equivalent cavitation coefficient curves. The calculation model is set up on the basis of Reynolds average continuity equation and Navier-Stokes equations, the standard k-~ two equations turbulent model is adopted to make the equations close, the SIMPLEC algorithm is applied for the solution of the velocity and pressure discretization equations.
