对两种采用了新型三维导叶的混流式模型水轮机采用RNGk-ε湍流模型进行了全流道数值计算,得到了其能量性能,计算结果与模型试验结果基本一致。对水轮机内部流场进行了详细分析,讨论了通流部件的内部流动情况。通过与二维导叶的结果对比,分析了新型三维导叶对水轮机内部流动的影响。结果显示,三维导叶对于减少吸力面叶道涡有明显效果,对水轮机的内部流动情况有很大的改善。
Numerical simulation using RNG k-ε turbulent model is prompted on model Francis turbine with two new kind of 3D guide vanes through the whole passage. The predicted efficiency meets well with the experiment result. Analysis of internal flow is achieved and the flow condition in the flow passage is discussed. Compared to the result of 2D GV, influence of new kind of 3D guide vanes on the flow in the turbine shows that 3D guide vanes can effectively reduce the vortex in the runner passage at blade back and improve the internal flow prominently.
