采用DSP和CPLD技术设计研制了一套水电机组振动摆度监控系统,能够对振动、摆度信号进行实时采集,调理,利用CPLD控制选通输出并显示各参量幅值,当振动、摆度超出设定阈值时,系统可以输出报警信号,并能够确定故障部位及类型。水电站现场投运表明,该系统可靠,稳定,性价比高,可有效实现对水电机组运行状态的监控保护。
A set of vibration and swing monitoring system for hydro machinery has been designed based on DSP and CPLD ,it care collect the vibration and swing signals continuously. It can also control selection of outputs and display the peak-peak value of these signals. The system will send an alarm signal when signals are abnormal and also ensure the fault position and style . By the result of application,the reliability and stability of the system is powerful. The system can achieve monitoring the operation of hydro machinery effectively.
