中文摘要:

介绍水轮机空化噪声测试系统的采集卡设计。根据空化噪声的特点,板卡具有宽频带、多通道、增益可调、DMA传输、可连续采样等特点。为了实现设计的要求,对采集卡的原理设计、FPGA的开发以及连续采样的实现进行了研究;板卡利用M)602芯片实现了程控放大;采用了PCI9054接口芯片,与PC机的PCI总线进行通讯;根据采集卡的功能要求,FPGA选择EP2C20F256C7;为保证连续采样的实现,FPGA实现了数字信号抽取算法以及双SRAM的交替存取结构。

英文摘要:

Presented a data acquisition card for hydraulic turbine cavitaion noise testing. Based on the characteristic of cavitation noise,the card has the features of broad band,four channels,gain adjustability,DMA transfer and consecutive sample.To realize the features, the principle design of the card, FPGA's development and the implement of consecutive sample were presented. AD602 was integrated to realize magnifying with program control. And PCI I/O accelerator PCI9054 was integrated to communicate with PCI bus of computer. To meet the request, EP2C20F256C7 was chosen as FPGA. At the same time, digital signal decimate algorithm and the alternative storage method were integrated in FPGA, which were considered for consecutive sample.
