消防泵一般是指消火栓灭火系统使用的消火栓泵和自动喷水灭火系统使用的喷淋泵,在公共场合应用的十分广泛。消防稳压泵用于灭火时,要求迅速、及时,因此要求消防稳压泵启动性能好。本文在已经设计好的消防稳压泵试验台上进行了稳压泵的启动过程的水力性能实验,获得了启动过程的试验数据。此外,还利用大涡模拟方法对稳压泵的启动性能进行了数值模拟并将模拟结果与试验数据进行对比。数值模拟的结果表明:在启动过程中,大涡模拟的方法预测的泵的动态扬程和转速变化趋势都可以与试验结果较好吻合,并且模拟结果可以预测到泵启动过程的瞬态效应。大涡模拟方法可以使用于对消防稳压泵的启动过程的动态特性进行模拟。
The fire pump,widely used in public places,is typically adopted by the fire-extinguisher system of fire hydrant and automotive spilling.Quick start of the pump is of crucially importance to the fire extinction application.To study the hydraulic transient of the starting stage,a centrifugal fire pump was experimentally tested,and a large eddy simulation(LES) was carried out.This paper shows that,the LES simulated variation trends of pump head and rotational speed with time at the starting stage agree well with the measurements,and the transient effects are also fairly well predicted.Thus LES is a suitable method for simulation of the dynamics of fire pump starting.
