从水电机组主要部件导轴承的根本属性分析入手,明确指出水电机组导轴承足一类动负荷轴承,提出了通过测试导轴承处轴颈的振动摆度,计算分析水电机组导轴承系统动负荷的方法。结合雷诺润滑方程进行求解研究,仿真计算得到了实际运行导轴承系统的动负荷数值。结果表明,在正常工况情况下,轴瓦的压力分布主要取决于轴颈的位置角度,各个瓦块的承载情况大致相似。该研究为预测导轴承支撑寿命提供了现实的可能,解决了开展水轮机组状态检修的一个重大实际问题。
On the basis of studying the attribute of guide bearing which is the important component of hydraulic equipment, it is indicated that the guide bearing of hydroelectric equipment is a kind of live load guide bearing. By detecting the amplitude of vibration at guide bearing, the dynamic load of guide bearing can be obtained after computed and analyzed. By resolving the Reynold equation, the dynamic load was obtained under simulation computation. In normal working conditions, the result indicates that the load distribution of bearing liner mainly depends on the azimuth of journal, and that the load of each bearing liner is similar. The research provides a realistic solution for life expectancy forecast of the guide bearing and contributes to the state overhaul for hydraulic turbine.
