以江苏省徐州市铜山区某街道办事处的3个行政村生活垃圾为对象,设计了厌氧型垃圾生物反应器,研究了农村生活垃圾在反应器中的变化情况.研究表明:3个行政村生活垃圾中的重金属含量在初期含量都较高,随着反应时间进入产甲烷期,其含量迅速降低,设备通过对渗滤液的回流处理,使得渗滤液中Cr、Mn、Cd、Cu浓度在中后期下降明显.其中两个行政村生活垃圾中含有大量的水分和蛋白质,促进了厌氧微生物的生长繁殖,推动甲烷气的产生,使渗滤液pH值迅速上升,30周pH达到最高点8.24和8.33.而另外一个行政村生活垃圾由于渗滤液的大量流失,由于酸化水解阶段微生物对大量有机酸分解缓慢,造成反应器长时间处于低pH值域范围.
Based on the domestic waste of three administrative villages in Tongshan of Jiangsu,the anaerobic bioreactor was designed,and the changes of rural domestic refuse in the reactor were studied.The research shows that the three administrative villages of garbage in the heavy metal content is higher in the early stage of content,with the reaction time into methane producing period,its content decreased rapidly,the reflux equipment through percolate treatment,the percolate Cr,Mn,Cd,Cu concentration decreased significantly in later stage.Contains a lot of water and protein,Pan Tang and Jiang Lou Village garbage,promote the anaerobic microbial growth and reproduction,promote the generation of methane gas,the percolate pH value increased rapidly,30 weeks to reach the highest point of 8.24 and 8.33 pH.But Zhao Dian Village due to great loss of garbage percolate,a large number of organic acids produced by microbial acidification phase decomposition is slow,long time of pH in a low range.
