保税区是我国在经济特区基础上进一步探索的产物。随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,保税区原先的一些优势面临着直接挑战。只有顺应世界经济发展大势积极向自由贸易区转型,才能充分发掘保税区所具有的潜力,提升保税区的持续发展能力和国际竞争力。以郑州保税区为具体研究对象,阐释了郑州保税区向自由贸易区转型的必要性、可能性,研究了郑州保税区向自由贸易区转型过程中政府管理创新的思路及相应的对策。
英文摘要：
Bonded Area in China is based on the further exploration of Chinese Special Economic Zones. With the acceleration of global economic integration process, those original advantages of Bonded Area faces direct challenge. Only by following the world economic development trend, actively promote the transformation of Bonded Area to Free Trade Zone, can we fully exploit the potential of the bonded area, enhance the sustainable development capacity and international competitiveness of the Bonded Area. This paper takes ZhengzhouBonded Area as research object, explains the necessity and possibility of the transition of Zhengzhou Bonded Area, studies the thoughts and countermeasures in the process of the transition from Bonded Area to Zhengzhou Free Trade Zone.
