加强医药卫生人才队伍建设,重点在于加强基层人才队伍建设。为了培养满足城乡基层医疗和保健工作岗位要求的针灸推拿人才,适应地方经济建设和社会发展,本文针对高职针灸推拿专业原有人才培养模式存在问题,探索了针灸推拿专业＂校院合作,防治兼备,三能递进＂的人才培养模式。

Strengthening the construction of medical and health personnel focus on strengthening the construction of grassroots per-sonnel.
