为实现生活污水设备的快速一体化设计,结合自行研制的曝气生物滤柱,探究曝气生物滤柱运行方式和运行参数,并与石英砂滤柱的处理效果进行了对比.实验结果表明:反冲洗的频次对挂膜有显著影响;冲洗强度、时间与滤层的生物量密切相关,当水力负荷为3.0m3/m2h、采用三段式联合反冲洗、过滤周期控制为48h时,曝气生物滤柱对悬浮物的处理效果最佳,能够促进微生物在滤柱内重新均匀分布,促使滤柱新旧微生物群落的更替.
In order to realize the design of fast integrated domestic sewage equipment,this paper explores the operational mode and parameters of self-developed biological filter column,and compares its treatment effect with that of quartz sand filter column.The experiment results showed that the backwash frequency has a significant influence on biofilm,and the flushing intensity and time are closely related to the biomass in the filter layer.When the hydraulic load is 3.0m3/m2 h and the filtration cycle control is 48 h with three-stage joint backwash,the suspension treatment obtains the best effect,which not only promotes the evenly re-distribution of microorganisms within the filter column,but also prompts the microbial community transition between the old and new.
