目的：观察微波治疗汗管瘤的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：共96例下眼睑汗管瘤患者接受1～3次微波治疗，评价每次治疗后的有效率及包括即时疼痛感在内的不良反应。结果：1次治疗后有效率达88．54％，2次治疗后增至92．86％，3次治疗后达100％。大多数患者治疗时仅有轻度可耐受的疼痛感，仅3例（3．12％）出现浅表瘢痕。结论：微波治疗汗管瘤安全、高效、简便、快速而又经济，且不影响正常工作。
英文摘要：
Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse effects of microwave treatments on syringoma. Methods Ninety-six syringoma patients with the lesions on lower eyelids received one to three microwave treatments. The effective rates after each treatment and adverse effects including immediate painful feeling were evaluated. Results The effective rate reached 88.54% after the first treatment, increased to 92.86% after the second treatment and reached 100% after the last treatment. Most patients recorded slight and endurable pain. Only 3 patients （3.12%） developed light scarring after microwave treatments. Conclusions Microwave could safely and effectively treat syringoma. Patients need no down-time.
