白藜芦醇对模拟日光照射所致皮肤损伤的防护作用

目的:观察白藜芦醇对模拟日光照射所致皮肤损伤的防护作用。方法:招募11名健康志愿者,在其背部选取6个非曝光部位。部位1~4分别涂抹白藜芦醇+抗氧化剂、抗氧化剂、白藜芦醇、基质,半小时后予1.5倍最小红斑量的模拟日光照射,部位5仅给予照射而不涂抹检测物质(阳性对照),部位6既不照射亦不涂抹检测物质(阴性对照)。照射前后测量皮肤L值、a*、b*值。结果:在阴性对照部位无红斑,L值和a*值分别为63.76和7.10;在阳性对照和涂抹基质的照光部位均出现明显的红斑,L值显著降至56.10和56.38,a*值显著升至15.55和15.97;涂抹白藜芦醇+抗氧化剂部位红斑轻微,L值降低及a*值升高程度显著低于其他照光部位,L值和a*值分别为59.32和12.96(P<0.05)。结论:白藜芦醇加抗氧化剂可有效防护模拟日光照射引起的急性光损伤。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the protective effects of resveratrol on the back skin irradiated by solar simulator ultraviolet irradiation(ssUVR).Methods Eleven healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study.Six sites on the nonexposed back skin were marked for the experiment.Sites 1-4 were applied with resveratrol+antioxidant,antioxidant,resveratrol,base cream,and followed by ssUVR at a dosage of 1.5 minimal erythema dose 30 min later.Site 5 received ssUVR but without any test materials(i.e.positive control)and site 6 received neither ssUVR nor test materials(i.e.negative control).L value,a* value and b* value were assessed pre-and after-irradiation.Results On negative control site,no erythema was observed and L & a* value were 63.76 & 7.10.On positive control and base-treated sites,obvious erythema was developed,L values obviously decreased to 56.10 and 56.38 respectively,and a* values significantly increased to 15.55 and 15.97 respectively.Whereas on resveratrol and antioxidant-treated site,only slightest erythema was seen,L & a* reached 59.32 & 12.96 with the least changes comparing to other irradiated sites.Conclusions Combination of resveratrol and antioxidant was essential for protection against ssUVR-induced damage.
