SPLIT-FACE模式观察新型强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的疗效

目的:采用SPLIT-FACE模式观察新型强脉冲光治疗面部黄褐斑的疗效。方法:选取10名黄褐斑受试者,随机将每人左右面部分为治疗侧(给予强脉冲光治疗,共6次,每次间隔3~4周)和未治疗侧(不予治疗)。由医生根据患者黄褐斑面积及颜色进行4级评分,计算总积分及积分下降指数;由受试者对疗效进行满意度评价。结果:治疗侧总积分于第1次治疗后由治疗前的5.6显著下降至4.7,第2次治疗后略有回升,第4次治疗后积分再次下降,至第6次治疗后达3.8。治疗侧大部分时间点上积分下降指数明显高于未治疗侧。治疗侧疗程结束后80%的受试者表示对治疗满意或非常满意。常见的不良反应为轻微红斑及痂皮,仅1例出现轻度色素沉着。结论:新型强脉冲光治疗面部昔褐斑效果好、安全性高。

英文摘要:

Objective To observe the novel intensed pulsed light device on the treatment of melasma lesions by SPLIT- FACE study. Methods Ten subjects with facial melasma lessions were enrolled, and their faces were randomly divided into treated side (treated with intense pulsed light for 6 sessions with 3 to 4 weeks intervals) and untreated side by random. The area and color of melasma were graded at 4 level by doctors, and the total grades and decrease index were then calculated. The satisfaction with treatment was assessed by subjects themselves. Results The total grades of treated side decreased obviously from 5.6 to 4.7 after the first session, rebounded somewhat after the second session, again decreased after the fourth session and reached 3.8 after the sixth session. The grade decrease index of treated side were higher than that of untreated side at the most timepoints. Eighty percent subjects were satisfied or extremely satisfied with the treatments after the last session. The common side effects were slight erythema and crust. Only one patient developed mild pigmentation. Conclusion The novel intense pulsed light device can safely and effectively treat facial melasma.
