目的:探讨1450nm半导体激光治疗酒渣鼻的疗效及安全性。方法:采用1450nm半导体激光对25例丘疹、脓疱期酒渣鼻患者实施治疗,所用光斑直径为6mm,治疗剂量为8~12J/cm2,动态冷却(DCD)时间为20~25ms,治疗间隔时间为2周。结果:平均需6~10次治疗,治疗5次、8次后痤疮皮损分别减少76.2%、88.1%,治疗后油脂分泌减少,无色素沉着。结论:1450nm半导体激光治疗酒渣鼻安全、有效。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of 1 450rim diode laser for rosacea. Methods 1 450 nm diode laser was used for treatment of 25 patients suffered from papulopustular rosacea, using a 6mm spot size, a fluence of 8-12J/cm2 and DCD setting of 20-25msec at 2 weeks intervals. Results A series of 6-10 treatments are needed, after 5 and 8 sessions of treatment acne lesion decreased by 76.2% and 88.1%. There was a reduction in sebaceous gland secretions. Side effects such as postoperative hyperpigmentation was not observed. Conclusion 1 450nm diode laser is both effective and safe for treating rosacea.
