文章针对部分港口在制订靠泊计划过程中,由于受到潮汐影响而增加船舶实际在港时间这一问题,在重点考虑潮汐运动规律后,建立船舶总在港时间最小的离散泊位分配模型;利用CPLEX对多组算例进行求解,从水位转换期和船舶到港时间方差变化2个方面,分析潮汐对靠泊计划的影响程度。结果表明:适当调整船舶的靠泊顺序、泊位和扩大船舶到港时间方差,可以有效地规避潮汐对港口的影响,减少船舶总在港时间。
In the traditional way of designing berthing schedule ,the service time of vessels at the con-tainer terminal may be prolonged w hen the terminal is influenced by tide .In order to solve this prob-lem ,a discrete berth allocation model was built to minimize the total service time of vessels with full consideration of tidal motion .Through the experiment with a set of examples solved by CPLEX ,the tidal influence on berthing plan was analyzed from the perspectives of periodical changes of water level and the variances of arrival time .T he results indicate that the tidal influence on the terminal can be ef-fectively avoided by appropriate adjustments of ship berthing sequences ,berths and the expansion of the arrival time ,thus reducing the total time of vessels at container terminal .
