为研究面向地震灾害的多时段下的社会帐篷募集点选址问题,以最小化固定成本和运输成本为目标,考虑不确定的需求与供给,建立双层随机规划模型,确定各时段下社会帐篷募集点选址方案。考虑模型中权重等参数的影响,设计四种实验,并对实验结果进行讨论。考虑从全国31个省份中选择多个省份参与社会帐篷的募集以满足雅安地震期间的帐篷需求,共考虑6个时段,确定每个时段下的募集省份。在雅安地震灾后,每个时段对应不同的需求场景,对于31个省份,每个时段分别对应不同的供应场景,验证模型的实用性。
To deal with the problem of multi-period positioning facilities that collects tents from com-munities for earthquake disaster, a bi-stage stochastic programming model is formulated with the consideration of uncertain demands and supplies to select the provinces from where tents are collect-ed in different period, in order to minimize regular cost and transportation cost. Taking into account the effects of weights and other parameters on the solutions, four experiment scenarios are performed and analyzed. A case study is given, in which the model is used to select multiple provinces among 31 provinces in 6 periods separately for social tents collection to meet the demand of tent for Ya'an earthquake. There are different demand scenarios for different period in Ya'an earthquake disaster and each period is corresponding to different supply scenarios. The usefulness of the model is veri-fied by the case study.
