为了降低多式联运运输过程中的运输成本和碳排放量,可以从承运人角度选择低成本、低排放的运输路径。以实际运输过程中火车、船舶的固定时间窗和收货人的软时间组成的混合时间窗为约束条件,以运输过程中的总成本最低、碳排放量最少为目标,建立双目标优化模型。采用带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm,NSGA-Ⅱ)求解双目标优化模型的帕累托最优解集,为不同目标追求下的承运人选择不同的最优运输路径和最优运输方式的组合。设计了相关算例,由NSGA-Ⅱ计算得到的帕累托最优解集包含4个点,即4条最优运输路径和运输方式组合,分布均匀、收敛性好,为承运人提供了全面的决策依据,显示了算法的可行性和优越性。
In order to reduce the transportation cost and carbon emission in the multimodal transport process,the low cost and low emission transport path can be selected from the carrier's point of view. A double objective optimization model is eatablished by regarding the mixed time windows consisting of mixed time window of railway and waterway transportation and soft time window of highway transportation from the actual transportation situation as the constraint condition,with the lowest total cost in the process of transportation and the least amount of carbon emissions as the goals. The Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm( NSGA-Ⅱ) is adopted to seek the Pareto optimal solution sets for bi-objective optimization to achieve the goal of choosing differentcombinations of optimal transport path and optimal transport mode model for different carriers.Designed examples were calculated by the Pareto optimal solution set of NSGA-Ⅱ,which contains 4points,namely 4 optimal transport path and transport mode combination,has good convergence,provides a comprehensive decision-making basis for the carrier,and shows the feasibility and superiority of the algorithm.
