重构世界文学是比较文学界的一个新的趋势，但在这股热潮中对世界文学的概念和本质探讨尚不充分，本文通过梳理西方近代到21世纪的世界学术发展趋势，探索新世纪以来重构世界文学过程中本体论建构的必要性以及途径和方向，指出以主体间性理论为基础的本体论和方法论为重构世界文学开拓了新思路，同时为具体文本分析提供指导意义。
英文摘要：
It is not sufficient enough to investigate the essence of the world literature conception in the trend of reconstruc tion of world literature as it is a new trend in the field of comparative literature. This paper combs the academic developing trend from moder time of west to the 21st century and explores the necessity, approach and direction of ontology construction in the world literature reconstruction since the new century points out that the ontology and methodology on the basis of in tersubjectivity theory create new ideas of world literature reconstruction, and at the same time to provide guiding significance for specific text analyses.
