网络信息传播在城市突发事件中发挥着重要的作用,关于城市突发事件网络信息传播规律的研究逐渐成为人们关注的重点。通过收集分析近几年发生的38个城市突发事件案例,建立了城市突发事件网络信息传播的生命周期模型,揭示各阶段的量化特征,发现突发事件的网络信息传播时序图呈现出"一峰"与"双峰"现象,构建了各阶段发展的量化模型,并分析了出现这些现象的原因。其研究发现有助于城市管理者全面掌握城市突发事件网络信息传播的规律,准确把握应对突发事件的恰当时机,从而采取有效的应对措施,减少灾后损失。
Online information dissemination plays an important role in handling city emergencies. The online information dissemination pattern of city emergencies becomes the focus of people's concern. In this paper,the data of 38 recent city emergencies were collected and analyzed. A life-cycle model of city emergency online information dissemination was established and the characteristics of each stage in the life cycle were quantified. The phenomena of one-peak and tw o-peak were identified. Quantitative modes for each stage were constructed and the reasons for these phenomena were discussed. The research findings can help city administrators master the online information dissemination patterns of city emergencies on the whole and grasp the appropriate time to take effective countermeasures to reduce the disaster losses.
