英文摘要：
Kidney Stores Essence theory was an important part of TCM viscera-state theory. This paper began with the basic words of kidney, essence ,kidney ,kidney essence, and kidney stores essence to define the concept and connotation which meant to explore theoretical connotation of the theory from point to line ,from line to fiat, from fiat to system,And through the angle of stem cells and neuro-endocrine-immune network （NEI）,the paper tried to explore the basic concept that Kidney Stores Essence theory contained as well as scientific connotation of overall kidney system regulation.
