Along with the acceleration of aging in China, the increasing incidence of Alzheimer disease （AD） has brought heavy burdens to the families and scocity, and has become one fo the searious threats to human health in the twenty - first century. Multi-modality magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） makes a variety of magnetic resonance imaging methods combined for use. Multi-modality MRI can provide the information of brain anatomy,function and metabolism. It＇s a rapid development of technology in brain imaging with the characteristics of high resolution, high precision and non-invasive. With multi-modality MRI being applied in AD commonly,it could provide more abundant and precise basis for AD research.
