目的：概述中药应用于内源性神经干细胞的实验研究现状。方法：在万方数据、维普资讯和中国知网（CNKI）三大全文数据库中检索2001～2011所有关于中药和内源性神经干细胞实验研究的文献进行系统分析。结果：中药提取物、单味中药、复方中药均对神经干细胞的自我更新和定向分化具有显著的影响。结论：与目前干细胞研究着眼于移植和克隆相比,中药主要强调通过药物激活内源性干细胞、或调整干细胞微环境,进而改善再生反应,将中药中的小分子物质作为先导物质为神经干细胞的研究提供一种有效手段,显示了重大的研究意义及乐观的应用前景。

英文摘要：

Objective： To summarize the experimental research progress on the applications of Chinese Medicine in endogenous neural stem cells in recent years.Method： The literatures about the experimental research on Chinese medicine and endogenous neural stem cells were collected by Wanfang data,VIP information and CNKI in 2001-2010.Result：Extractive,single-and mixed-decoction of Chinese Medicine all can effect on the renew-self and differentiation of endogenous neural stem cells.Conclusion：With the current research of stem cell compared,which focus the transplantation and cloning,Chinese medicine emphasized on activating endogenous neural stem cells or regulating microenvironment in order to improve regenerative response.It proposes an effective ways and shows the significance and optimistic perspective.
