Though communication with the patient and their family in national basic research program in China（973 program）, we have put forward a model of doctor-patient interaction. With the development of the program, it has found that the pattern has some special advantages in collecting and selecting the disease resource, increasing the patient＇s compliance and improving the project quality etc.Based on strengthening the communication between doctors and patients. This paper introduces the establishment and the application of the pattern in order to provide the basis for the application of the model in the future clinical research.
