目的：探讨醒脑开窍针刺法结合语言康复训练治疗脑梗死所致运动性失语的临床研究。方法：将64例脑梗死所致运动性失语患者随机分成两组,每组32例,均给予常规神经内科脑血管常规基础治疗,对照组在此基础上结合语言康复训练,联合组在对照组治疗基础上再予脑开窍针刺法治疗,均连续治疗5周。记录治疗前后患者语言功能评分以及逆境商数（Adversity Quotient,AQ）、功能性语言沟通能力检查法（chincse functional communicarion profile,CFCP）、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS）评分,观察比较失语程度以及临床疗效。结果：与治疗前比较,两组患者口语理解、自发言语、命名以及复述等语言功能评分均升高（P〈0.05）,AQ、CFCP评分升高（P〈0.05）,NIHSS评分降低（P〈0.05）,运动性失语程度减轻（P〈0.05）;与对照组比较,联合组口语理解、自发言语、命名以及复述等语言功能评分较高（P〈0.05）,AQ、CFCP评分较高（P〈0.05）,NIHSS评分较低（P〈0.05）,运动性失语程度较轻（P〈0.01）,治疗有效率较高（P〈0.05）。结论：醒脑开窍针刺法结合语言康复训练对脑梗死所致运动性失语临床疗效显著,促进患者语言功能恢复,利于预后。

英文摘要：

Objective： To investigate the clinical study of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method combined with language rehabilitation training treatment of patients with cerebral infarction motor aphasia. Methods： 64 patients with cerebral infarction motor aphasia were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group with 32 cases in each group. All the patients were treated by conventional neurology cerebrovascular basic treatment,patients in the control group were treated on the base of the conventional basic treatment with language rehabilitation training,patients in the experiment group were treated on the base of the above treatment with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method,continuous treatment for 5 weeks. Recorded language function score and AQ,CF-CP,NIHSS scoring of the patients before and after treatment,observed and compared aphasia degree and clinical efficacy. Results：Compared with before treatment,2 groups of spoken language understanding,language functions scored such as self speaking,naming and repetition the scores increased（ P〈0. 05）,AQ,CFCP scored increased（ P〈0. 05）,NIHSS scored decreased（ P〈0. 05）,motor aphasia degree reduced（ P〈0. 05）; Compared with the control group,the spoken language understanding,language functions scoring such as self speaking,naming and repetition of the experiment group scores were higher（ P〈0. 05）,AQ,CFCP scoring were higher（ P〈0. 05）,NIHSS scoring was lower（ P〈0. 05）,motor aphasia degree was lighter（ P〈0. 01）,treatment effective rate was higher（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method combined with language rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction motor aphasia is distinct,promote the language function recovery,favorable prognosis.
