通过设施条件下不同熟性马铃薯光合特性变化和生长发育状况,研究了马铃薯在设施条件下生长的适应性.结果表明:中熟品种春薯3号和晚熟品种东农310、冀2004-3-1、陇薯8号较其他品种在表型性状和光合特性上差异显著.在光合速率日变化方面,以陇薯8号为例,净光合速率日变化呈现"双峰"型曲线,最高值达12.56μmol/(m2·s)(CO2),且首次峰值比第2次峰值高出11.25%,在11:00左右有明显的"午休"现象.品种间气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率与净光合速率的变化在11:00前有一些差异,其余时间变化趋势接近一致.中熟品种春薯3号和晚熟品种东农310、冀2004-3-1、陇薯8号在雾培条件下生长好于其他品种.
The experiment explored that changes of photosynthetic characteristics and growth of different matured potatoes under the facilities,in order to determine the adaptability of potato under the condition of facility.The results showed:middle matured potato varieties‘Zhongshu No3 and late matured potato varieties ‘Dongnong 310',‘Ji2004-3-1',‘Longshu No8'were significantly different than other varieties on phenotypic traits and photosynthetic characteristics.On daily changes of photosynthesis characteristics,for example ‘Longshu No8',net photosynthetic rate changed as bimodal peak curve,the maximum value of 12.56μmol/(m~2·s)(CO_2),and the second peak was higher 11.25% than the first peak,at around 11:00 obvious "midday depression".Stomatal conductance,CO_2 concentration intercellular,transpiration rate and net photosynthetic rate of change there were some differences in 11:00 before the rest of the time trends in close agreement.Comprehensive test obtained,middle matured potato varieties‘Zhongshu No3 and late matured potato varieties‘Dongnong 310',‘Ji 2004-3-1',‘Longshu No8'were suitable for producted minitube in aeroponics conditions.
