职业技能是指学生实现就业所需掌握的技术、能力和素质的总和.目前,我国应用型本科院校的教育模式还处于发展阶段,后升本的院校多数仍然沿袭传统的教育体制、教学模式和教学计划,乃至课程设置,没有明确应用型本科院校人才培养目标.因此,采用什么样的人才培养模式就成为了应用型本科院校教育的首要任务.

Vocational skills refer to technique, ability and quality that students need to master for future employment. The present education mode in the application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities is still at the stage of development. Most of the later upgraded undergraduate colleges still follow the traditional education system, teaching mode, teaching plan and curriculum without a finite goal of talent training. Therefore, finding the proper kind of talent training model has become the primary task of the application-oriented undergraduate education.
