从技术专利信息分析的角度,分析中国的再生铜、再生铝和再生铅产业技术的发展状况。在阐述废旧有色金属产业发展现状的基础上,对再生有色金属产业技术类型构成、申请数量年度变动趋势、专利研发主体、技术生命周期、IPC分类结构技术领域进行分析,并绘制产业技术发展的专利地图。研究表明,我国再生有色金属产业专利技术发展正处于成长期,企业与高校和科研院所在技术研发方面,还缺乏有效的合作,技术研发领域集中、失效专利多、技术资源浪费现象严重。为此需要采取措施:加大政策扶持力度,构建技术创新平台,完善科技成果市场化转化机制。
This paper,taking recycled copper,recycled aluminum and recycled lead as an example,analyzed the development of renewable non-ferrous metals industrial technology from the prspective of patent information. After explaining the status quo of non-ferrous metals industry,this paper analyzed the constitute,the annual change trends in the number of application,the patent research body,the technology lifecycle,IPC classification structure of renewable non-ferrous industrial technology,and drew a patented map. The research showed that the patented technology of renewable non-ferrous industry in our country is in the growth stage of development. The research also showed that enterprises,universities and research institutes are lack of effective cooperation in the RD,RD filed was too concentrated,failure patent was too much,which lead to serious waste of technical resources. To this end,we need to take some measures such as increasing policy support,building technology innovation platform and improving technology market transformation mechannism.
