构建了基于PSR框架的城市生态竞争力评价准则体系,通过离差最大化模型对权重赋值以反映评价对象间的竞争性特征。为包含评价过程中原始数据的更多不确定性,通过直觉模糊集表达评价结果并加以集结。利用所介绍的直觉模糊综合评价方法对我国中西部十五个省会城市的生态竞争力进行了比较研究,通过对状态、压力、响应三个方面的具体分析,讨论了这些城市的生态竞争力得分高低的可能原因。
The criteria system for evaluating the urban eco-competitiveness based on the PSR framework is intro- duced. The competition feature between the objectives for evaluating is reflected by weighting the criteria by maximizing deviation method. For containing much uncertainty in original data, the intuitionistic fuzzy sets are adopted to express the evaluations and be aggregated. The case study on the capital cities of 15 provinces in midwestern China based on the in-tuitionistic fuzzy evaluating method is conducted. The potential reasons for the urban competitiveness scores of these cit- ies are discussed from the perspective of situation, press and respond.
