It’s important for the new generation of IT industries distribution using resources efficiently and promoting technological breakthroughs.A set of new generation of IT industries distribution index has been established by choosing the hierarchical cluster method as analysis tool.In the end,we conduct an empirical analysis on a new generation of IT in industry of Yangtze River Delta.
