模块化在深化分工的同时提升了组织间协同效应,促进了企业融合与产业融合。在问卷调查基础上,用熵值法衡量战略性新兴产业模块化生产程度,用结构方程模型分析战略性新兴产业产品模块化、企业组织模块化与产业组织模块化,以及模块化分工与协同对技术创新的影响。研究发现:战略性新兴产业模块化生产程度较高,其中,新能源产业模块化程度最高,新能源汽车与新一代信息技术产业模块化程度较高,生物医药产业与新材料产业模块化程度相对较低。产品模块化、企业组织模块化、产业组织模块化、模块化分工与模块化协同对技术创新都具有显著正向影响。产业组织模块化对技术创新的影响最大,企业组织模块化的影响次之,产品模块化对技术创新的影响相对较小。模块化分工对技术创新的影响大,而模块化协同对技术创新的影响相对较小。产品模块化、企业组织模块化与产业组织模块化之间以及模块化分工与协同之间存在显著的正相关。
Modularity improves the inter-organizatlonal synergies, promotes the enterprise integration and industrial integration, and deepens the division of labor. Questionnaires were conducted on the strategic emerging industry. The degree of modularity in strategic emerging industry is measured through entropy. Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) is used to analyze the influences of product modularization, enterprise organizational modularization, industrial organizational modularization, modular division and synergy on strategic emerging industries' technology innovation. The study found that the degree of modularity of China' s strategic emerging industries is rather high ; the new energy industry has the highest degree of modularity, followed by new energy automobile industry and new generation of IT industry, while the biomedicine industry and new materials industry' s modularized degree are relatively low. There are significant positive influence of product modularization, enterprise organizational modularization, industrial organizational modularization,modular division and synergy on strategic emerging industries' technology innovation. The industrial organizational modularity has the largest influence on technology innovation;the enterprise organizational modularity has the second influence,while the product modularity' s influence is relatively smaller. The impact of modular division on technology innovation is larger than that of modular synergy. There are significant positive correlations among product modularity, enterprise organizational modularity and industrial organizational modularity, as well as modular division and synergy.
