目的：探析痤疮中医临床诊治的规律。方法：整理、归纳1979年1月-2011年12月间有关中医诊治痤疮方面的文献，统计并分析痤疮的主要中医证型、各中医证型的内服方剂及用药等。结果：163篇文献中痤疮的主要中医证型分为4类，以肺经风热型和湿热蕴结型为主的处方较多，各证型的最常用药物各有不同。结论：通过文献研究，痤疮的中医临床辨证和遣方用药特点有规可循，对于规范中医证型和提高临床疗效具有积极的意义。
英文摘要：
Objective： To analyze the regularity of clinical diagnosis and treatment in TCM about acne. Methods： The literature of diagnosis and treatment of acne in TCM between January 1979 to December 2011 were organized and summarized. Then the main TCM syndromes of acne, TCM-oral prescription and medication were analyzed. Results： In the 163 literature, major TCM syndromes of acne were divided into four categories. Prescriptions based on lung channel wind-heat type and dampness- heat accumulation type were more. The most frequently used drugs of different kinds of syndromes were different. Conclusion： Through literature research, the acne clinical syndrome of TCM and herbal prescription characteristics had rules to follow, and had positive implications for the specification of TCM syndromes and improving the clinical efficacy.
