目前,量表（问卷）作为一种测量工具,已广泛应用于医学临床及科研的各个领域,量表（问卷）的信度和效度是评价量表（问卷）有效性和稳定性的重要指标。文章通过检索近10年内有关量表（问卷）的信度和效度评价的文献,并对其进行筛选,着重分析其中具有代表性的文献53篇,指出不同评价方法的应用现状、分布特点以及存在的问题,提出完善和细化医学量表（问卷）信度、效度评价的必要性和重要性,为将来该领域的相关研究提供一定的参考。
英文摘要：
As a kind of evaluating methods, scales or questionnaire are used in every field of medical clinical and scientii c research. The reliability and validity are important indicators to evaluate the validity and stability of scales or questionnaire. In this paper, the present situation, distribution characteristics and existing problems of the application of dif erent evaluation methods were pointed out through searching,filtering and analyzing the typical 53 literatures about evaluation of reliability and validity in the recent 10 years, and pointed out the necessity and importance of perfecting the scales or questionnaire. This would provide certain reference for future related research in thefield.
